Why I Am Doing This Now
I have spent more than 30 years working at the intersection of architecture, technology, business and transformation. I have been an enterprise architect. A strategist. A professor. A consultant. An entrepreneur. A coach. A student of human potential.
I learned from enterprise systems. I learned from transformation programs. I learned from building companies. I learned from difficult moments when the architecture of my own life had to be redesigned. And I learned from extraordinary teachers who challenged the way I thought about human potential.
Eventually those worlds stopped looking separate. Architecture taught me that outcomes are rarely accidents. Systems have structures. Organizations have structures. Decisions have structures. Lives have structures.
Today I believe one of the most important things I can do is share what those experiences taught me while humanity enters an entirely new technological era. I am not building this speaking mission simply to fill a calendar. I want the conversations to matter.
“After decades architecting organizations, I became fascinated by the most difficult architecture of all: the architecture of what we become.”
